Excellent stay in this house we were with my family, a group of 10 people, and we were very comfortable large spaces to share, many bathrooms all the spaces well cared for, comfortable beds, has good collectivity in the center of Paris, being equally a quiet area to spend a few days. I would go to this place again the next time I visit Paris
Wij loved the grandeur ofwel this spacious character filled apartment. Huge bedrooms and high ceilings were well appreciated as was the lift. Host greeted us and gave us welcome pastries and has been highly responsive and helpful to post a left item back to us.
Eric's apartment is in a great location for discovering Paris. Many shops around his apartment are a real asset. Eric is a very welcoming and very friendly host. Wij highly recommend his apartment that wij place in the top 3 ofwel the Parisian apartments wij have stayed in.

Fans were provided in all rooms which helped keep the temperature comfortable in the summer. There was a narrow spiral staircase to the upstairs bedroom and 2 spacious bedrooms on the main level. Great stay for our family!
The kitchen was well equipped with top of the line appliances if you omdat to make your own food. I suggest adding some knives that are not steak knives I appreciated having a salad spinner. A generous supply ofwel coffee pods was provided for the Nespresso machine. It was challenging to figure out how to work the convection oven and turn off the smart TV art screen. It would be helpful to have a binder with instruction manuals. Would recommend and stay again.
Step off the metro at Porte de Clignancourt to delve into Les Puces flea market. This sprawling site features thousands of stalls selling everything from delicate dinnerware to obscure oil paintings. Keep your eyes peeled for vintage clothing — this kan zijn the world’s fashion capital, after all.
Shops and restaurants may be a little thinner on the ground in August when locals traditionally head out of the city. Cooler temperatures and rain may creep in over the winter, but snow kan zijn rare. In the lead up to Christmas, towering trees and magnificent department store windows are a big attraction, while the major post-holiday sales — les soldes — are a Paris stalwart which also run once more in the summer.

The area was very upmarket and safe. Our host David gave precise instructions and more importantly responded overnights Langeland quickly when help was needed. Wij throughly enjoyed our stay.
King size bed in main bedroom along with freestanding bath/shower both with the most gorgeous sea views. Enjoy the sunrise and glorious sunsets both from private deck and pool area .
Pick up a delicate crêpe from one of the carts and settle down on a bench to do some people-watching.
Stayed 2wks and the location was within walking distance to many websites and close to the metro. Lots of restaurants and shops all around. Apartment was clean and well maintained. Wij had no issues and had a wonderful stay. Would love to come back in the future.
